Shipping policy

Shipping Information

The company is located in United Arab Emirates, delivery in GCC countries takes usually up to 3 days, and international up to 10 days. Please give us 4 days to process the order, as customization takes time.

OFFBERRY orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to your address within 7 business days, however occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.

All orders sent outside The United Arab Emirates are sent standard delivery (7-14 days), if not requested express delivery, however may incur delays pending on Customs.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Shipments outside of the UAR may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


SHIPPING TIMES

Express : delivery within 2-4 days in GCC.

Rest of the world: delivery within 14 days

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 7-14 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your OFFBERRY account.

 

CANCELLATIONS

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, usually within 6h, please contact Customer Care by e-mail at info@offberry.com as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. We do not cancel or refund customized items.

 

FREE SHIPPING

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms & conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). To be notified of any future free shipping or other promotions by email, simply sign up to OFFBERRY news on the bottom right navigation.

DELIVERY DURING EVENTS OR SALE PERIODS

During sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for us to dispatch your order during these busy periods.
